Our aim is to welcome tourists, provide information and to promote tourisme in the area
The tourist office is situatied on the ground floor of the museum of old Revin, called la Maison Espagnole(the spanish house).
tourist information is kept up to date regularly and we provide :
- free brochures covering the area (prepared by the regional tourist board) in English, German and Dutch
- documentary information on the town of Revin and its environs (town plan, museum brochure, sports and cultural information, accommodation and restaurants…)
- booklets on the department (for sale)
- local products (for sale)
also local information such as
- rambles (sometimes themed) and town walks
- guided visits for groups around the old town of Revin and the museum- booking required (consult us for the tariff)
- guided visits for groups of schoolchildren including documentation and worksheets (booking necessary)
- participation in the organisation of events in collaboration with the town authorities ( beer festival, fête de Meuse et Semoy…)
- the organisation of the old papers fair in October.
In May 2004
the town received the regional award
for floral decoration awarded by the regional jury
